Design and Manifest the Life You Want!

“What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.” —Ralph Waldo Emerson

What Is Manifestation?

Merriam-Webster defines Manifestation:
1:
a sign that shows something clearly / 2: one of the forms that something has when it appears or occurs

You can think of manifestation as the process of turning a specific desired outcome into reality through focused visualization, unwavering belief, and intentional action.

Manifesting is not waving a magic wand and “poof” something appears.  Honestly, when I see the great men and women of God in the Bible, I know manifestation takes faith and action.  When you use that formula, things happen, mountains move, and favor comes to you.  Have a vision of what you want for your life, believe it will happen, and move. In most cases, a better version of what you are designing will appear.

LET’S START DESIGNING YOUR BEST LIFE

Ask yourself some questions to start designing, planning, preparing, and moving!

1.   What Do I Want To Manifest?  Sounds like a simple question, but for many, it can be hard to narrow it down when you have so much you want to accomplish.

2.    What Stage Am I In Today?  Are you in the planning, gathering information, preparation, designing, or action stage?

3.   What Is My Mindset? Develop a growth mindset to keep you moving and believing in your design!

4.   What Is Holding Me Back and Why? Challenges will arise as you move through the designing and manifestation process, but knowledge and awareness of what the challenges are will keep them from becoming roadblocks.

5.   What Is My Next Step To Keep This Moving? Even if you don’t know the next step, that is okay….keep moving forward. Keep designing and keep dreaming BIG.

6.   Repeat

HOW TO DESIGN YOUR MANIFESTED LIFE

ASK FOR HELP - You can’t do life alone. Join a group that is going in the same direction as you; seek out a mentor; join a mastermind group that will support you on this path.

BELIEVE - Many will believe in your dream and vision, but you have to also believe in it.

START WITH YOUR “WHY” - Once you’ve determined what you want to design and manifest, ask yourself why you want these things for yourself. This way, you can ensure you genuinely want to design your life with and for the right reasons.

CHANGE NEGATIVE NARRATIVES AND SELF-LIMITING BELIEFS - If you think it is impossible to design your best life say “I will design my best life.” Flip the narrative. If you struggle with self-limiting beliefs, take the time to identify them, how they got there, and change the mindset to a “growth mindset.”

PICTURE YOURSELF WHERE YOU WANT TO BE – When people interview for a job, they are adviced to “dress for the job you want.” Start seeing and feeling where you want to be. It will motivate you to keep moving forward and to keep designing your life. Take several moments a day to meditate on that picture/feeling….and watch how it will change you.

LEARN FROM THE PAST - Everything from the past is a learning lesson, but it doesn’t define you or define what you can and can’t do or accomplish.

CREATE A DAILY FOCAL POINT – This can be a personal mission statement, vision board, whiteboard, your written goals, or a “design” plan.

HELP SOMEONE ELSE – As you walk this journey, help someone else with their life design; be a mentor or an encouraging voice.

DON’T FORGET TO CELEBRATE YOURSELF AND YOUR VICTORIES - Everything can be a “win” if you let it. Don’t overlook the small wins….they lead to the big wins.

LIVE IN THE MOMENT!

Learn to be patient with yourself and with life. Just as a farmer cultivates the seed, the earth, and the water to bring about the harvest…you, too, need to cultivate patience in yourself and in your life circumstances.  Be intentional when designing and manifesting your life and know you have everything you need right now to start the process.  You may not think you have many gifts, talents, or wisdom.  Believe me, I have been there.  Don’t wait for things to be perfect before you take the first step.  Many times the first step is out of your comfort zone or into the unknown. Stop saying, “When I have this amount of money or when all things fall into place I will take the next step.”  What you have today within you is enough to start the journey.

“It is not what we get, but who we become, what we contribute… that gives meaning to our lives.” — Tony Robbins

IN CLOSING…. Below are some encouraging coaching questions to help you reflect on your life as you design and manifest the life you want.  I believe in you, my friend.  I have been at the door of discouragement, frustration, and self-limiting beliefs many times…for decades.  But, one day I realized how that negative mindset was protecting me, but not serving me. I said, “thank you for protecting me, but I don’t need the protection anymore.”  Today, I work on my mindset daily so I can manifest and live the life that I want.

My friend, be proud of all of the choices that you have made up to today knowing they have brought you to this wonderful place called “being in the moment.” So, let’s celebrate you and focus on the positive things in your life.

1.   What Are Your Greatest Achievements?

2.   Describe Yourself in 5 Words.

3.   What Are You Most Proud of in Your Life?

4.   What Strengths Helped You Get To Where You Are Today?

5.   Think About One of the Biggest Challenges You’ve Successfully Overcome.
